My oven has not worked right since the purchase- temp too low. Jennair Service man said it was working, yet another service individual calibrated both ovens off- 1 oven by 100 degrees!!

Oven door cannot be cleaned when something spills- design flaw- unless you remove the door. Ridiculous.

When I contacted Jennair- they were totally nonsupportive and could have cared less. I have service on this appliance constantly.

Stay awat from JennAir!!! I wouldnever buy another Jennair product myself. They do not stand by their products at all and they are not worthy of their price. i hope the company sees these complaints.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Just wait until the touch panel goes out! Whirlpool simply doesn't care.

They take considerable money for their cheap appliances, then laugh all the way to the bank. It's sad the best we consumers can do is never buy their products again, and keep others from making the same mistake.

Our touch panel went out on Nov 3, 2020. We are STILL waiting on a replacement part to be delivered.

Oven was THREE years old. Asked the company for some help.

Their answer was to send us a letter requesting that we buy an extended warranty that would range between $1000-****. Nice work huh?
